How it works

  1. Phase 1 — Needs assessment (Week 1)

Discovery call to understand your team's current skill level, the processes they want to automate, and what success looks like after the training.

  2. Phase 2 — Curriculum design (Week 1–2)

Workshop content and lab exercises are tailored to your actual workflows. No generic demos — every example reflects work your team recognizes.

  3. Phase 3 — Workshop delivery (Weeks 2–5)

Live remote workshops with built-in lab time. Attendees build real flows during the session — not just watch a presentation.

  4. Phase 4 — Practice projects (Weeks 3–6)

Between sessions, attendees work on assigned automation challenges. Jeffrey reviews progress and provides written feedback before the next session.

  5. Phase 5 — Ongoing support window (Post-training)

30 or 90-day support window (tier-dependent) for questions that arise as attendees apply their skills to real projects.

Common objections

"Our staff won't actually use what they learn."
That's a curriculum design problem. Generic training built around fictional scenarios gets forgotten by Monday. We build every exercise around work your team does today, so the connection between training and application is immediate.
"We're not a technology company."
Neither are most of our clients. Power Automate and Copilot are designed for business users — you don't need developers. Our workshops are specifically designed for people whose job title isn't "IT."
"Can't they just watch tutorials on YouTube?"
They can — and many of them already have. YouTube teaches the platform. We teach how to apply it to your organization's specific processes, data, and compliance requirements.
"The timing doesn't work with current projects."
We schedule workshops around your team's availability and can spread a program across weeks to minimize disruption. The Professional and Transform tiers are designed to flex around real work demands.

Why work with Jeffrey

Jeffrey McFarland believes the best consulting outcome isn't dependency — it's capability. After more than 15 years working with Microsoft 365, he has helped dozens of teams go from "we watched a few videos" to confidently building and maintaining production-grade automation without outside help.

His training philosophy is simple: people learn by doing. Every workshop Jeffrey leads includes hands-on time where attendees build something real before the session ends. Because a flow you build yourself is one you understand, trust, and maintain.
