Additionally, it is built with responsive design principles, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices. This component simplifies SharePoint development by automating list provisioning, providing customization options, and ensuring accessibility on any device.

We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to our OnboardPro Power Platform solution: the Settings User Interface (UI). This feature aims to streamline and simplify the administration of settings and tasks, ensuring a smoother onboarding process for new employees. The Settings UI addresses common challenges by facilitating easy and quick configuration changes and updates. Key features include the ability to add or remove managers and administrators, as well as create, update, or remove tasks. To configure roles, simply navigate to the "Roles" section of the settings page, and for tasks configuration, go to the "Tasks" section.

Power Automate Desktop – Query SharePoint

A method was developed to query a SharePoint list and retrieve data for a Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flow. Although PAD offers SharePoint actions, these are premium features that may require a premium license. The approach combines a web service request from PAD with an HTTP connector in Power Automate. This setup allows PAD to make an HTTP request, which the connector uses to retrieve the requested record from SharePoint and respond with the data. Users can import the provided .zip file containing one flow and one text file, copy the text file, and paste it into Power Automate Desktop, and then import the .zip file into Power Automate to use this solution.
