We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to our onboarding software: Manager Dashboards. This feature aims to streamline the user experience of Managers by putting all Employee records and pending tasks in a single place
Why Manager Dashboards?
Effective onboarding is crucial for integrating new employees into your organization smoothly. One of the biggest challenges in the onboarding process is ensuring Managers have the information they need. Our new Manager Dashboard feature addresses this challenge by providing easy access to employee records and pending tasks.
Key Features of Manager Dashboards
1. View all Employees
Each Employee as a specified Manager. When a manager logs in, all employees for that specified manager are shown in a single dashboard.
2. Complete Tasks quickly
Select the “My Task(s)” section of the dashboard to view all pending Manager tasks and complete each task with a single click.
